If you need to return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com or include a note in the parcel.
Returns on standard sized products are only accepted if the item(s) have not been washed or worn and return to ourselves in the same condition it was issued. If it has, the order will be returned to you without a refund.
We accept orders that are returned within 14 days (+ standard shipping times) of you receiving it if you change your mind. You will receive a full refund, minus postage.
Items that have only been tried on once and not washed are eligible for an exchange. Further postage costs are to be covered by the buyer including any charges or taxes applied at customs.
Returns and exchanges are able to be posted through the door at our studio if you are local or through your chosen mail carrier. As we are not responsible for lost parcels and we advise to use a service that covers the full amount of contents.
We do not accept returns on custom orders where the item has been adapted to your own specific requirements.
If you do receive an order that has a fault or is not up to our high standards, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible whereby a full refund or exchange will be offered.
